“I first reached out to Toss when our business was two years old. We were growing fast, but I knew we needed a strategy if we were going to reach that next stage. Since then, we’ve gone from just on a million to mid single digit millions in revenue, set up international shipping, moved warehouses, expanded manufacturing, restructured our team, added a second brand, and we’re about to open our first retail store. It’s been huge.

Toss brought structure when we really needed it. Our monthly meetings are like a reset button – they force us to stop, reflect, and get clear on what’s actually going to make a difference.
